About our Cable Granulation Service

Recycling Lives offers bespoke services for cable recycling. We granulate copper wire scrap at our industry-leading 15-acre Recycling Park and export straight from site reducing CO2 emissions by returning recycled copper and plastic to market.

  • Guaranteeing the best value for scrap wire recycling
  • Collecting and recycling cable waste from across the UK
  • Processing all scrap cable at our Approved Authorised Treatment Facilities, which are fully licenced by the Environment Agency

We buy copper wire scrap nationwide, managing a UK-wide skip brokering service to collect and recycle old cables, as well as processing cables from End-of-Life Vehicles (ELVs).

Cable Granulation
Advanced Wire Recycling

Recycling Lives uses advanced recycling processes to extract the maximum amount of high quality copper from scrap cable, allowing us to offer the best prices for your scrap.

  • Europe’s only on-line fragmentiser – recording the entire process in HD to ensure total compliance and receipt of payment for the full weight of your cable
  • Copper cable granulator – reducing scrap wire to dust sized particles to extract and segregate copper, aluminium, brass, steel and other ferrous metals

All the metal we extract from your scrap wire is placed back on the market, reducing landfill waste while decreasing market dependency on virgin metals.
