In more positive news, Recycling Lives welcomes Antonee Murphy, who has joined the company’s state-of-the-art flat panel display (FPD) unit processing centre.
32-year-old Antonee comes from a graphic design background and graduated from Bolton University with a degree in Animation and Illustration. Most recently, Antonee worked for a children’s toy wholesale company, undertaking a wide variety of tasks including eCommerce listings, eBay account management, deliveries and trade fair preparation. Previously, practical Antonee spent time as a bespoke TV and multimedia installer, making a name for himself by impressing a number of high profile clients..
Having demonstrated both his skills and his solid work ethic, Antonee secured the position at Recycling Lives’ FPD processing centre, where he will be listing reusable and repaired technology and parts on the Recycling Lives eBay account. This online shop offers customers the chance to purchase good quality parts from LCD and Plasma TVs and has gone from strength to strength since its launch last year, contributing vital funds to the Recycling Lives social welfare charity.
Antonee’s eCommerce know-how will be of real benefit to the FPD department, and he hopes to prove himself as a vital member of the Recycling Lives team. Speaking about his appointment, Antonee said:
“I hope to be able to progress through the ranks and help the company out in any way I can. In future, I hope to be able use my animation and graphic design skills in the course of my work.”
We’re pleased that Antonee has chosen to come and join the team at Recycling Lives and wish him all the best in his new role.
