Santa’s coming to Recycling Lives

The sound of Santa’s sleigh is getting closer as Recycling Lives prepares to welcome the big man himself at the company’s magical Christmas Grotto!

Between 1-4pm on Saturday, 8th December, Santa and some of his little helpers will be stopping off at the Recycling Lives Centre on Preston’s Essex Street to deliver some early Christmas presents – and a good helping of ho-ho-holiday cheer – to the families of the company’s staff and corporate partners!

As well as meeting Santa and his elves in the Recycling Lives Winter Wonderland, families can sit together and enjoy a range of food and drinks in Vincent’s Café. Over 300 attendees are expected this year, so parents and careers can even sneak in a bit of festive networking over the mince pies!

Steve Jackson OBE, founder and CEO of Recycling Lives, commented: “Building on the success of last year’s Christmas Grotto, this year’s event is set to be a real treat and is our way of thanking our staff and corporate partners, who have come together to make 2012 a bigger success than ever for Recycling Lives.

“Here at Recycling Lives, we work hard to transform lives and communities. Our Christmas Grotto is just one more way of bringing people together, and we look forward to seeing all of our staff and corporate partners there on the day.”

Recycling Lives (and Santa!) would like to offer a big thank you to B&M Bargains for supporting our Christmas Grotto by providing us with a 10% discount on all toys, and to Recycling Lives’ very own Geraldine Hoggarth for all her hard work in organising another great event.
