Recycling Lives has welcomed a new receptionist to its team this month – busy mum-of-two, Marie Collins!
Marie heard that Recycling Lives was looking for a receptionist from Stuart Mathers, one of our drivers, whose son plays football with Marie’s elder son at Ribbleton FC. Realising that she would be the perfect candidate for the position, she applied – we agreed with her and it’s been three successful weeks so far!
Having previously worked as an administrator for Care UK, which offers support for adults with learning difficulties, and as an advisor for Preston Job Centre Plus, Marie has a great range of customer service and care skills. In addition, she has backed up her long-held career in administration with an NVQ in customer support.
At Recycling Lives, we believe in giving our guests and visitors the warmest and most professional of welcomes, whether face-to-face, by email or over the phone. Our staff recently completed a bespoke training solution, developed over the course of nine months with training and development specialists, Morgan Andersen, in order to really make our customer service delivery shine.
We are committed to hiring only the best and most dedicated staff, whose skills and attitudes are in-keeping with our own core values, so we’re thrilled to welcome Marie on board.
