We’re looking for a highly motivated Assistant Site Manager to join our Erith Site to assist the Site Manager as the Site continues to grow and as we continue to expand our business across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support the Site Manager by ensuring that the administration processes of the site run smoothly and in adherence to the Recycling Lives standards, that all output data and performance reporting is complete, accurate and provided in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that the site training records are up to date, accurate and available for all members of staff.
  • Dealing with general public enquiries on a daily basis.
  • Support the Site Manager to complete daily site diary task as appropriate.
  • Ensure all documentation produced is compliant with the appropriate regulations- waste consignment notes, waste transfer notes etc.
  • Ensure the site administration activities are operating smoothly and accurately.
  • Ensure that all the compliance related documentation is up to date and correctly filed.

  • Maintain drivers files, manage tacho card records and provide information required to the RL transport team.
  • Ensure noticeboards are up to date and communications to staff are clearly displayed.
  • Any other duties relative to the level and nature of the role.
  • Provide cover for other roles on site as required.
