A team of Recycling Lives’ staff recently achieved mental health qualifications in order to better support their colleagues.
Twelve staff from the Release Potential, HMP Academies, HR and training teams achieved a Level two in Mental Wellbeing, led by Salford Health Trust and funded by Recycling Lives.
They are now able to support staff and volunteers across Recycling Lives’ business and charitable programmes who may be experiencing poor wellbeing or mental health problems.
Training manager Clinton Williams said: "The knowledge gained from this course will help our team to identify those who may be suffering. We hope this will create a positive impact of the lives of the people we work with."
