It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas

With Christmas around the corner, Recycling Lives have been embracing the festive spirt this December. Our annual Christmas Grotto recently made a triumphant return, as the Recycling Lives head offices in Preston were transformed to welcome the jolly, white-bearded man himself.

If you attended the Recycling Lives Christmas grotto on Saturday 5th December, we are pleased to announce that all the photos taken on the day are ready for you to download. Alternatively, you can also order prints to be posted to you directly.

We would also like to say a massive thank you to Nicola, Helen and Joseph from http://josephnoblett.com/, otherwise known as Noblett’s, for helping with the Christmas trees this year. The seven fantastic trees which decorated the Recycling Lives centre were kindly offered to us at a special price, allowing us to bring an extra touch of Christmas magic to the grotto.

Everyone who attended was amazed at the festive transformation at the Recycling Lives centre, and the children who came to see Father Christmas had a wonderful time. The event was made possible thanks to some fantastic work from Recycling Lives staff members, especially Geraldine who helped Santa choose and wrap over 300 presents.

After the event, three of the trees were donated to the Recycling Lives charity, to bring some festive joy to the accommodation. The remaining trees were raffled for Recycling Lives employees to make sure that each one went to a good home.

Congratulations to James McClelland, Steven Smith, Lee Ward and Amanda Kasabova, who all won a tree to take home to their families.

From all at Recycling Lives, we would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
