First aid training
We offer two courses covering all business environments, from offices to construction sites.

Hundreds of thousands of people are injured at work every year, so it is vital that your business has trained First Aiders which hold Health and Safety (HSE) approved qualifications. The Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations of 1981 require employers to provide suitable First Aid equipment, facilities and personnel to provide immediate assistance to employees if they are injured or ill at work. Recycling Lives’ first aid courses ensure that you – and your business – are covered at your facilities by HSE regulations.
Using our purpose-built training areas, you will take part in varied simulations of workplace scenarios which require first aid. You will learn how to administer first aid to a casualty who has sustained minor injuries, or who is unconscious, choking, wounded and bleeding, or suffering from shock. You will be assessed through a 16-question examination paper and a series of practical assessments, including demonstrating the ability to carry out CPR. Following completion of the course, you will have full knowledge of all First Aid at Work legislation and will gain an STA accredited First Aid at Work qualification. This award is valid for 36 months and is recognised by the Health and Safety Executive.
Currently, our three day First Aid at Work course is just £150!
