Achieve North West Connect

Achieve North West Connect delivers the NOMS Co-Financing Organisation/European Social Fund Project; ‘CFO3′ across the North West region.

The CFO3 project is receiving funding from the European Social Fund as part of the 2014-2020 European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme in England. The Department for Work and Pensions is the Managing Authority for the England European Social Fund programme. Established by the European Union, European Social Fund funds help local areas stimulate their economic development by investing in projects which will support innovation, businesses, skills development, job creation, social inclusion and local community regenerations.

Achieve North West Connect delivers intensive case managed support to offenders in a custodial setting and continues this support through the prison gate into the community, as the offender continues on their journey towards gaining employment.

Achieve North West Connect brings together diverse knowledge and experience, with roots steeped in years of experience in both the management of offenders and the ETE field. Expertise from Probation Officers, Recruitment Consultants, Trainers, Teachers and those who have worked in industry for many years, ensures Achieve North West Connect can accommodate all aspects of employment related offender support, working with a growing number of businesses to help them to recruit loyal, hard-working individuals who deserve a second chance. They provide a partnership between these candidates and local/national businesses and offer support to ensure a seamless transition into employment for all.

Achieve North West Connect deliver specialist ETE support to disadvantaged offenders serving a community order or those released from custody on licence and a specialist Education Training and Employment support to disadvantaged offenders serving a custodial sentence with up to 3 years left to serve.
