Demonstrating True CSR
One example of how a Partner can demonstrate true CSR is by offering a voluntary work placement to a Recycling Lives Resident.
This practical work place experience develops a Resident’s experience and skills, and thus their future employability.
Every work placement is short term and constantly reviewed to ensure positive progress and support for the Resident and Partner. This experience in the work place is a fundamental part of each Resident’s journey to Independent Living.
