Communication
At Recycling Lives, we believe in the importance of good and open communication between all our staff. It is our ability and commitment to good workplace communication that has established the trust and loyalty that can be seen between all Recycling Lives staff.
Directors are on first name terms with yard operatives, and there is a culture of open communication on all levels.
Trusted Communication in a Dangerous Sector
We operate in a sector with many inherent workplace dangers, which makes it all the more important that we establish trusted workplace communication with our employees.
Employees undertake an ongoing Health and Safety plan, ensuring that everyone who works for Recycling Lives is aware and up-to-date with all the dangers.
This training is given by experienced, competent trainers who have worked on-site and therefore understand the dangers first-hand.
Evolving Communication
As technology evolves, so do methods of business communication, and thus the way we communicate with our staff evolves too.
Currently, a regular employee newsletter is sent out to all our staff, featuring staff successes, sector news, and best practices.
These newsletters will in time evolve into an e-newsletter. Also, a staff intranet is soon to be implemented.
