As Recycling Lives gathers momentum it will find itself in an increasingly legislative climate and require the skills and knowledge of a legal expert. With this in mind Recycling Lives has employed the services of ex Brabners Chaffe Street and Freeth Cartwright lawyer Paul Finnerty as its new Legal Director.
Paul’s background in the cut throat environment of commercial litigation at major regional and national commercial law firms makes him the ideal candidate to assist Recycling Lives in ploughing its way through the potential pitfalls and ensuring the charity and commercial aspects of the business remain 100% compliant with both charity and business regulations.
The introduction of Paul to the team further goes to show the intentions and drive of the charities founders to provide a complete multi agency solution which addresses worklessness, homelessness and actively encourages and promotes social entrepreneurialism, whilst at the same time assisting the local community through its recycling activities.
We would like to take this opportunity to officially welcome Paul to the team!
