Progress with the construction of the first Recycling Lives facility in Preston is now well under way. The site has seen its second steel delivery today, from TW Fabrications as the building begins to rapidly take shape.
The initial steelworks phase of construction has now been in progress for a week and is projected to take 6 weeks giving a finish date of around the end of May. The work is currently making good progress and as a result we may see advancement to the second stage of construction earlier than the expected June start date.
The second stage of construction will see the pre-cast concrete flooring being laid to form the floors of the building. From this stage the building will really start to take shape.
